By accessing or using our mobile app, website, or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Kick It mobile application ("App"), website, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Kick It LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.

Use of the Service

• Eligibility: Users must be at least 16 years old to use the app but 18+ is recommended due to the nature of meetups, events, and activities. By using the app, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify Kick It LLC immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Zero-Tolerance Policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

• Kick It LLC strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
• Detection & Reporting: We use automated tools and manual moderation to detect and remove any content that violates this policy.
• User Responsibilities: Sharing, distributing, or engaging in CSAE content will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
• Collaboration with Authorities: We work with law enforcement and organizations to prevent and report CSAE.

User-Generated Content

By posting or sharing content on the platform, you grant Kick It LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute this content for app operation, marketing, and service improvement. You retain ownership of your content, but content violating policies will be removed.

Privacy and Data Sharing

• Your privacy is a priority. We collect, use, and store your data according to our Privacy Policy.
• Future Data Monetization: Kick It may introduce an optional feature allowing users to monetize their data securely using blockchain technology. Users will control who accesses their data and may receive compensation for participation.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Engaging in illegal activities
• Posting harmful, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Misusing personal data of other users
• Tampering with the app's code or security
• Violating CSAE policies

Breaking these rules may result in account termination & reporting to authorities.

Intellectual Property Rights

All non-user-generated content in the app, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Kick It LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Kick It LLC is not responsible for damages arising from:

• User-generated content
• Service interruptions
• Data misuse by third parties

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and secure storage to protect user data. In case of a data breach, users will be notified immediately.

Reporting & Enforcement

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior using our in-app reporting tool. Reports will be reviewed promptly.

Termination

Kick It LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or negatively impact the community.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Wisconsin state or federal courts.
