Welcome to Kick It, an application owned and operated by Kick It LLC, a company based in Wisconsin, USA. By accessing or using our mobile app, website, or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
- Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Kick It mobile application (“App”), website, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Kick It LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.
- Use of the Service
- Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to access and use the app. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify Kick It LLC immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
- Zero-Tolerance Policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
- Kick It LLC strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
- User Responsibilities: Users are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or engaging in any content or behavior that violates child safety laws or contributes to CSAE. Violators will have their accounts terminated immediately and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Detection and Reporting: Kick It LLC uses automated tools and manual moderation to detect and remove any content that violates this policy. Users can report inappropriate content directly through the app's reporting feature.
- Collaboration with Authorities: We cooperate with law enforcement and relevant organizations to address and prevent CSAE.
- User-Generated Content
When you post or share content (text, photos, videos, etc.) on the platform, you grant Kick It LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute this content for app operation, marketing, and service improvement. Ownership of your content remains with you. Content that violates our policies, including CSAE, is strictly prohibited and subject to removal.
- Privacy and Data Sharing
Your privacy is a top priority. We collect, use, and store your data according to our [Privacy Policy]. By using Kick It, you consent to our data collection and processing practices.
- Monetization of User Data
In the future, Kick It may introduce an optional feature allowing users to monetize their data, securely stored on an encrypted blockchain. - Prohibited Conduct

All non-user-generated content in the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Kick It LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
Kick It LLC is not responsible for any damages (direct, indirect, or incidental) arising from the use or inability to use the app. This includes, but is not limited to, data misuse by third parties, issues caused by user-generated content, or service interruptions.
- Data Security
We employ industry-standard measures to safeguard your personal information. In the event of a data breach, Kick It LLC will promptly notify affected users and take corrective action to address the breach.
- Reporting Mechanism for Inappropriate Content
Kick It provides an in-app reporting feature that allows users to flag inappropriate content or behavior. Reports will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken.
- Termination
Kick It LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in behavior detrimental to the app or its community.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, USA. Any disputes or claims related to these terms or the app will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.

- Entire Agreement
